The aggregate gross revenue is $20,000,750. According to the offering, the underwrites acquire commissions of 6% of the gross proceeds. Besides it, the underwrites also received 1,090,950 non-transferable broker warrants. The proposal was guided by Clarus Securities and Research Capital Corporation, as the joint underwriters.
