Arc Minerals (ARCM.L) Facing a Dip by 5.24% This Week Amid the Exclusivity Agreement with Anglo American

During the last trading session, Arc Minerals shares drop by 0.26 %, finally closing the market at GBP 3.8100. Assessing the annual movement – it is quite volatile. The shares began to drop from March and cost GBP 8.1500. After we see the lowest dynamics of the share in July, the shares reached the value of GBP 3.8100. Recently, Arc Minerals announced the collaboration with Anglo Americans.

Anglo American was granted permission to perform a technical study that may have led to the negotiation of a commercial transaction, but the exclusivity period has already expired. Nonetheless, Arc stated that it is still in talks with Anglo about the project. Following the expiration of the exclusivity period, Arc Minerals stated that it had been approached by interested parties to begin negotiations about a prospective deal.
