Ariana Resources (AAU.L) Shares are Surging 4.26% Last Months Amid Increased Risk

According to the monthly report, Ariana Resources’s shares increased by 4.26% last month. Now the share price is at GBP 4.90. This is precisely 2.97% less than it was in January. Comparing the data within January, when the share price was GBP 5.05, Ariana Resources have faced a decrease.

Ariana Resources plc is a gold-silver exploration and development business based in Turkey listed on the AIM market. It has a proven method for discovering, developing, and progressing mineral resources to production through joint ventures. Ariana Resources intends to pay a special dividend in three instalments, pending completion of the previously announced capital reduction procedure.


The first instalment of the special dividend of 0.35P per ordinary share will be announced as an interim dividend and paid in the third quarter of this year. The second tranche of 0.175p is planned to be paid six months later as a second interim dividend. At the 2021 annual general meeting, the last tranche of 0.175p will be offered for approval.
