Churchill Capital (CCIV) Stock Plunges After Last Week Growth

According to the one-month graph, the end of April was a good month for the Churchill Capital Corp stock. It was on the top at $23.84. Unfortunately, it started going down slowly. It fell 30% and slowly went up. Now, it costs $19.66, but it lost 1.36%.

Churchill Capital (CCIV) Stock Plunges After Last Week Growth

A lawsuit has been filed against Churchill Capital Corp. It violated some paragraphs of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 10b-5. According to the complaint, the company made false and misleading statements about Lucid. Lucid was not ready to release cars in the spring of 2021. The company is going to produce 557 cars, although before there was information about producing around 6000 cars.

Lucid motors started as a battery company, but now it helps to create electric racecars (Lucid). Lucid air is a luxury electric fast-charging car that accelerates quickly and can cover huge distances. It has 1080 horsepower and can ride around 500 miles per charge.
