Clover Health (CLOV) Drops 18% In 6 Days: What Should You Know?

Starting from $10.11 on September 9 Clover Health (CLOV) stock started to slowly and continuously fall until it reached $8.29. The fall is accompanied by small volatility. The total volume of the company is 15,292,178 shares while the average volume consists of 38,104,353 shares. On September 14, Clover Health Investments made an announcement about the results of the redemption of all the company’s warrants that were finished according to the Warrant Agreement between the company and Continental Transfer & Trust Company which is considered as the warrant agent.
On July 22, the company reported the press release where it was said that it will buy all the outstanding warrants, which were not completed on time and the price for it will be $0.10 for every warrant. According to the redemption of 33535 Public warrants which was $11.50 for every share of the Common Stock while the 26 716 041 were totaled in 6651933 common shares. Additionally, in terms of redemption, the Public Warrants of the company were delisted and will not trade at Nasdaq Global Select Market.
