Clover Health Investment (CLOV) Sinks 38% in a Month: Should You Invest?

The average volume of the company is 54,630,600 shares and the total volume consists of 21,318,599 shares with the day’s range of $8.65 – $9.44.

On July 22, Clover Health Investment made an announcement about the buying of all its unpaid shares which are cost $0.0001 per share. According to the Warrant Agreement, the company is able to buy its outstanding public warrants if the price for the common share is less than $10.00 during the 20 days.

Also, the innovative technology company which is aiming to improve the health fair for the low-income American retired people made an announcement about the date for the financial results of the second quarter. The results will be available on August 11 after the market close.
