Despite this, the stock significantly declined by fluctuating to C$48.23 on July 19. Finally, after declining, the price marginally increased to C$48.27 on July 20. On July 21, the city of Toronto and Enbridge Gas reported about the modernization of biogas equipment, one of the municipal enterprises solid waste treatment plants produces carbon-neutral RNG from organic waste – 24 hours a day, seven days in a week, 365 days a year. Except that RNG will produce around 3.3 million cubic meters of carbon-neutral energy in a year.

This will be enough to mix 7% RNG with the natural gas, which feeds the city truck fleet for solid waste collection, by establishing a favorable range in which cars are partly powered by the energy generated by the waste itself in which they collect. Any RNG, which is not used for fuelling vehicles, will be injected into the Enbridge Gas allocation system for consumption in urban municipal buildings.
