Endeavour Mining (EDV.TO) Surges By 10%. What Measures Should Be Taking?

Endeavor Mining plc today announces the purchase of the following number of its usual shares at US$0.01 each from Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited. After the cancellation of the repurchased shares, the Company will have no ordinary shares in the Treasury and 250,212,607 ordinary shares outstanding. Thus, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 250,212,607.

The Company’s buyback program, announced on June 15, 2021, includes these transactions. Endeavour intends to direct Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited to expand the share repurchase program to purchase shares on the London Stock Exchange, beginning on July 19, 2021, in addition to continuing the program on the Toronto Stock Exchange, as announced in a press release dated June 15, 2021.
