Intel Core i7-10750H Is Destroyed By Ryzen 7 4800H In A Solid Benchmark Leaks

Soon to be released Intel Comet Lake-H Core i7-10750H just got destroyed in userbenchmark scores by upcoming rival Ryzen 7 4800H APU which is powering Asus TUF FA506IV-AL032T Gaming laptop. The Comet Lake-H laptop CPU family is rumored to be 4th Gen Skylake processors based on 14nm++ technology. Only little frequency boost will be given to 10th Gen over 9th Gen Coffee Lake-H CPUs. Base frequency will stay at 2.6 GHz and turbo with up to 4.7 GHz speed will be assisted by Intel Turbo Boost 3.0 technology.

Whereas, Ryzen 7 4800H Renoir APU will be enhanced by cutting edge 7nm Zen2 architecture. Price wise, the expensive Asus TUF Gaming Laptop featuring Ryzen 7 4800H combined with RTX2060 will cost around $1500 in North America according to fresh leaks. Pricing of Comet Lake-H CPUs is still not revealed yet by Intel. A very shocking results indeed, 20% faster multicore performance from octa core Ryzen 7 4800H flagship over i7-10750H, yet, whopping 4% better single core speed and 5% superiority overall from 7nm Zen2 APU compared to aging Intel 14nm++ chip.

Despite getting slower frequency speed, the 4.2 GHz boosted Ryzen 7 4800H enjoys 7nm transistor efficiency and thermal balance. It’s all about IPC (Instructions Per Cycle) performance improvements demonstrated by AMD Zen microarchitecture engineers who are aiming at a perfection each year. Additionally, Ryzen 7 4800H has 50% more cores than hexa core i7-10750H but patiently waiting for independent results would be a nice idea. Thanks to fellow Tum_Apisak for revealing this benchmark comparisons.
