Northwest Biotherapeutics (NWBO) Sees Selling Pressure: But Recovers Some

Volatility is common in stock markets and on Thursday it was the Northwest Biotherapeutics (OTC: NWBO) stock that experienced considerable volatility.

Although the stock had traded within a range over the course of the past few months, the stock was highly volatile on Thursday. It tanked by as high as 12.50% in the early period of the trading session and then recovered somewhat. However, it ended the day with a decline of as low as 6.5%.

The company announced yesterday that it had completed the development of the production capacity for the initial stage for its new plant at Swanston in the United Kingdom. It is a significant development for the company since it is going to a much larger plant than its current clean room facility located in London. The production capacity at this point is made up of as many as 2 manufacturing suites that span an area of as much as 4400 square feet.
