Firstly, RTX 3080 GPU was led to mine and applied automatic T-Rex LHR mode. After sometime, memory clock must be increased till +2700 and core clock  goes down till -400 but power limit must be locked at 240W once card reaches full 94 MH/s as per video tutorial.
