Proterra (PTRA) Is Down By 17%, Time To Invest A Little Penny?

Proterra stock has been pretty stable for July 6 and July 8 with an average price of $16.03. On July 9 the stock has surged by 6.6%. But over those 2 days, the stock has crashed on July 12 to the price of $14.14, marking a 17% drop. As of the last trading session the stock now trades at $14.02.
