Japanese RS Components Co Ltd lists the tech suit of the Raspberry Pi 4 Model B. They describe it with 4GB RAM, USB 3.0 and approximate price of $55 US. For the first time, Model B has two USB 3.0 ports.
The device is expected to be sold in an uncertain date as Impress has typing mistake in the year. Maybe the mini PC will be available next year in June. As we all remember Pi 3 Model B is more advanced than Model A. That’s why the upcoming version will be better than 2GB and 1GB.
According to current specs, Raspberry Pi 4 Model B has:

1GB, 2GB or 4GB LPDDR4-3200 SDRAM (depending on model)
