Workhorse HorseFly Could Make Amazon Prime Faster Than Now, Here is Why

Why not Workhorse (NASDAQ: WKHS) collaborate with Amazon in improving its fastest delivery Prime service? There are two main factors that become obstacles in considering this partnership program.

Full control

Amazon Prime actually took a major market share from delivery service providers like FedEx, UPS, DHL, and others. This giant has even its own airplanes for transporting bulk packages. After making such moves Amazon would not let micro corporations like Workhorse control even its small portion of delivery service.

In some geographical areas, there are different laws regarding the privacy of each individual. Drone surveillance with intention of delivery could make some people take legal actions due to flying objects over their properties.

Any Chance?

Amazon Prime membership could allow anyone to get their ordered items within an hour minimum due to systematic work done by Workhorse. UPS officials estimated $50 million costs might be cut in using the HorseFly system. Well, that’s a big amount, for Amazon billions would be saved. In the system, there are vans that serve as containing hubs for thousands of parcels. Drones deliver them strictly flying above the related territory keeping the altitude lower so other third parties do not see them. This way of delivery may minimize breaking privacy.
